1974 Gibson Les Paul Standard
You can't do much better than a vintage Les Paul, and with this amazing Tobacco Burst finish they don't come much prettier either. You know the specs: mahogany body; maple top; set in mahogany neck; rosewood fingerboard. It's a Les Paul! The T-Top "patent sticker" pickups sound incredible and this one certainly has the trademark sustain that you look for in a Gibson. Then there are the other hallmarks like the sublime neck with low, easy action, the tasteful trapezoid markers, and inlaid headstock logo. Just a great feeling, solid guitar.

Still in good condition after all these years! There are small marks throughout the guitar, but overall it is clean and been well cared for in its life. There are some small areas with some checking but no "buckle rash" on the back or other big dings or dents.
Repairs & Mods:
No cracks, breaks or repairs. The pickups and electronics are original though the covers have been removed along with the pickguard and "rhythm/lead" plate. The bridge is also a replacement.
Feel & Playability:
This one has a great feeling neck on it. The profile is medium in size, similar to today's "60s" neck. The frets are original and in good condition, still quite tall for their age with no divots or excessive wear. The neck is straight too and the action is dialed in nice and low.
